Delete your HoloFlip data

HoloFlip has no separate account or password: you sign in with eBay. What we hold for your eBay account is your grade history (photos, estimates and card names) and your daily usage counts.

In the app (fastest)

Open HoloFlip and go to Profile.
Tap Delete my data, then Delete.

This deletes your grade history and usage counts from our server right away, clears HoloFlip's data from your phone, and signs you out. Your eBay account and listings are not affected.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from any address with the subject "Delete my data" and your eBay user ID. We'll confirm with you, then delete everything above within 30 days.

What isn't deleted

Listings you created stay on eBay; manage or end them in your eBay account.
Crash reports (no account information) are deleted automatically within 6 months.

Remove HoloFlip's access to eBay

In eBay, go to Account settings → Third-party app access and remove HoloFlip.
